Our web app uses state-of-the-art technology. We find brand & product use as well as malicious websites and automatically collect all of a match’s key evidence and data to minimize your workload.
Simply upload your logos, product images or visual assets as well as domain & brand information. If you have a large product portfolio, you can upload & sync your product and trademark collections using our REST API.
Our System will automatically scale & optimize them & retrieve further information.
Our software then extracts an individual fingerprint from the uploaded assets, and stores them in the BRANDS-IDENT image index.
Crawlers are systems that automatically browse the Internet. We use various types of crawling systems.
This way, we search millions of websites, shops & portals every day and index millions of images to compare with the BRANDS-IDENT image index.
Our image matching AI directly compares the found image with the individual fingerprint of the original image, possible differences such as scaling, color changing, filtering, cropping, resizing and collaging are taken into account.
As a result, we find even heavily edited or distorted images and can provide much better results than publicly available reverse image recognition search providers.
The resulting matches are temporarily stored by our system and prepared for your hit display.
Before a hit is considered, a lot of data will be added to the matches:
Information such as the page, storage location of the hit, publication date, product prices and operator of the page are determined.
Legally admissible evidence is also collected.
Using this information, you can quickly determine whether you face a brand abuse, product piracy, grey market or unlicensed content.
